1. About iBidify

iBidify LLC ("iBidify," "we," "us," or "our") is a home service quote-matching platform based in Houston, Texas. We connect homeowners with vetted local contractors by collecting quotes on the homeowner's behalf and presenting a side-by-side comparison.

iBidify is a referral and matching service only. We are not a contractor, general contractor, home improvement company, or construction business. We do not perform any home services and are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

2. Who Can Use iBidify

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use iBidify. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Homeowner Terms

3.1 The Service

When you submit a project request, iBidify will contact contractors in our network on your behalf, collect their quotes, and deliver a comparison to you. We aim to deliver quote comparisons within 48 hours, though some projects requiring in-person assessments may take 3–5 business days.

3.2 Cost

iBidify is completely free for homeowners. We earn a referral fee from contractors only after they have confirmed a booked start date with you. You will never be charged by iBidify.

3.3 No Guarantee of Results

iBidify does not guarantee that you will receive any minimum number of quotes, that quotes will fall within your budget, or that any contractor will be available for your project. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may vary after an in-person assessment.

3.4 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Respond to your Project Consultant in a timely manner
• Conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor
• Enter into a written contract directly with the contractor you select
• Manage payment, project execution, and disputes directly with your contractor

3.5 Contractor Relationship

Once you select a contractor and iBidify makes the introduction, all further dealings are solely between you and the contractor. iBidify is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor.

4. Contractor Terms

4.1 Referral Agreement

Contractors who join the iBidify network are subject to a separate Contractor Referral Agreement, which governs lead delivery, referral fees, payment terms, vetting requirements, and conduct standards. Contractors must sign this agreement before receiving any leads.

4.2 Referral Fees

Contractors agree to pay iBidify a referral fee based on the job value tier as specified in their Referral Agreement. The fee is due within 24 hours of confirming a booked start date with the homeowner.

4.3 Contractor Independence

Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of iBidify. iBidify has no control over contractors' methods, pricing, employees, subcontractors, or business operations.

5. iBidify's Role and Limitations

iBidify acts solely as a referral and matching platform. We do not supervise or control any contractor's work, guarantee quality or completion of any home service, participate in pricing negotiations, handle payment between homeowners and contractors, or mediate disputes.

6. Vetting Disclaimer

While iBidify makes reasonable efforts to vet contractors — including license verification, insurance confirmation, and review checks — we do not guarantee the accuracy of any contractor's credentials or the quality of their work. Homeowners should independently verify any contractor before signing a contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBidify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any contractor's work. iBidify's total liability shall not exceed $500 or fees paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is less.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iBidify LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any dispute between you and a contractor.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Houston, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of iBidify after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
