Will contractors call me right away?

No. Your contact information is never shared with contractors until you approve one. Your Project Consultant handles all outreach on your behalf. Only the contractor you choose will receive your contact details.
How fast will I get my quotes?

Most quote comparisons are delivered within 48 hours. Some projects — like roofing, foundation repair, and full remodels — may require a quick in-person assessment first, which can take 3–5 business days. Your Project Consultant keeps you informed the whole way.
What if the contractor needs to visit my home before quoting?

For some services, contractors may need a quick in-person assessment before finalizing their quote. Your Project Consultant coordinates all visits at your convenience and briefs you beforehand so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises, no pressure during the visit.
How do you vet your contractors?

Every contractor goes through our full vetting process — we verify their Texas contractor license on the TDLR website, confirm general liability insurance of at least $1 million, check Google reviews (minimum 4.2 stars), review their BBB and Nextdoor reputation, and conduct a personal phone interview. We remove any contractor who receives a legitimate complaint.
What if I don't like any of the quotes?

No pressure, no obligation. If the quotes don't work for you, just let your Project Consultant know. They can reach out to additional contractors or help you understand what's driving the costs. There's no contract or commitment required on your end — ever.
What if the contractor changes their price after I select them?

All contractors in our network agree to honor their quotes within a reasonable margin. If a contractor significantly changes their price, contact your Project Consultant immediately. We'll mediate on your behalf and if needed, connect you with your second-choice contractor at no extra hassle.
